Skall Studio was founded in 2014 by sisters Julie and Marie Skall – long before sustainability became a buzzword. Inspired by their family history on the coast of North Jutland, Skall stands for conscious fashion with meaning: timeless designs made from natural materials, free of leather and fur, and fairly produced. The shell – namesake and symbol – is a reminder of their roots, of their connection to nature and humanity. Every piece from Skall Studio is an expression of these values: minimalist and responsible.
